Material: 100% polyester micro-fibre.

Minimum quantity: Minimum quantity is 25. There is no maximum for the number of Buffs we can produce.

Pricing: Please contact us for pricing! Our pricing includes all design fees, set-up, production, import fees and freight to one location.

You can send the design already made as a vector system file (size: 24,5 cm x 53 cm) or just the logo and general guidelines on your artwork.

We must receive the artwork or logo(s) in a high-resolution format as a vector system file:

Illustrator 8.0, 9.0, 10.0
Freehand 8.0, 9.0 or 10.0
CorelDraw 8.0
We also need to know the pantone colours. It is essential to receive everything (logos, texts, website addresses….) to be included on the design at the same time.

Our graphic design department will send you 3-5 proposals by e-mail within 7 business days. Once your designs are confirmed we require a 50% deposit to activate your contract.

We will need you to fill in a CPA - Customized Project Authorization - prior to the start of production. This is a form that includes some information about the customized project and also authorizes us to print a name, logo or Trade Mark.

Packaging: All Buffs come packaged on a unique cardboard with full instructions, or the Buffs can be rolled.

Shipping: Once the design has been confirmed, shipping is normally 7 business days for 100 units and less, and 15 business days for quantities up to 300. The exact date may vary depending on the final quantity to produce and production planning. Contact us for quantities over 300.

All Buffs are manufactured in Spain and we drop ship to you via FedEx or UPS. We handle all the customs brokerage. Shipping time is usually 3 business days.

Payment: When ready to ship your order, we will contact you a few days in advance to arrange the prepaid or COD shipping terms.
